The installation of the 4T and 2.5T/H plastic washing lines has been completed

Recently, our company has successfully completed the urgent installation and deployment of two plastic recycling lines for an enterprise in Zhejiang Province. All equipment has been fully installed and officially entered the commissioning stage, which will help the customer improve production capacity and optimize its production chain. The customer purchased two plastic recycling lines with different processing capacities: 4T/H and 2.5T/H, mainly to expand production capacity, improve supporting production facilities, and adapt to its diversified production demands.

During the project cooperation, the customer put forward an urgent installation requirement to ensure production schedule. Our company responded quickly, set up a special team to optimize the installation plan, achieved efficient connection throughout the whole process, greatly shortened the installation cycle, and successfully fulfilled the urgent task. The two delivered plastic recycling lines adopt a modular design, covering the whole process of waste plastic treatment and capable of producing clean recycled plastic raw materials, helping customers reduce costs and increase efficiency. The coordinated operation of the two sets of equipment takes into account both large-scale production and flexibility requirements.

At present, the equipment has entered the commissioning phase. Our technical team will be on-site to optimize parameters and provide operation training, ensuring the equipment is quickly put into stable operation.
