Recently, the PVC pipe production line of Zhangjiagang Baixiong Klimens Machinery Co., Ltd. has officially entered the on-site installation and commissioning phase in Taian, Shandong. The delivered Φ219 PVC pipe production line is fully equipped with key equipment including ZJ600 automatic feeding machine, SJSZ80/156 conical twin-screw extruder, ZK-250 vacuum sizing box, QY-250 four-jaw tractor, turning tool type cutting machine, and FL-250 material turning rack. It can accurately produce PVC pipes of various specifications such as Φ108, Φ133, Φ159, Φ194, and Φ219. The motors and electrical components adopt imported brands, and the core parts are made of 304 stainless steel, ensuring stable and reliable production processes. The outer diameter tolerance, cylindricity, and wall thickness uniformity of the produced pipes all meet high industry standards.
