The SHRL Series Lithium-Battery Specialized Mixer is specifically designed for the pre-treatment mixing of lithium battery powder materials. During mixing, additives penetrate the lithium battery powder, and residual gases are expelled through a dust collector. The mixed materials meet the production process requirements of lithium battery powder.
This mixer features uniform mixing, stable and reliable quality, durability, ease of operation, and a compact structure, making it widely used in the lithium battery industry.

• According to the characteristics of lithium battery powder, the main shaft adopts a special sealing structure with patent authorization.
• All material contact parts (including the machine cover and material inlet) are processed with surface coating. The agitating paddles are coated with tungsten carbide (WC), while the tank inner wall and discharging outlet are coated with tungsten carbide (WC) or Teflon.
• A temperature measuring device is installed at the key position of the tank body, and a circulating water cooling system is arranged inside the tank interlayer to ensure stable mixing temperature.
• The agitating paddles adopt a three-layer S-type structural design, which realizes full and uniform mixing of powder materials.
