This equipment is primarily used for separating minor impurities such as paper scraps and films from plastics. The material enters the Z-shaped channel of the film separator, where the plastic pieces fall freely along the Z-shaped channel and move to the next equipment.
The paper scraps, films, and other light impurities are drawn upwards by the suction force of the fans and enter the filter bags at the top. Multiple variable frequency fans are installed at the top and the sides of the Z-shaped channel to enhance the separation effect.
