The SJ series single-screw extruder is independently manufactured by our company with the adoption of cutting-edge German technology. It is equipped with an optimized screw fitted with a separating structure and mixing elements, and its barrel adopts a grooved cylinder design with extended feed conveyance function.
The combination of separating screw and grooved cylinder endows the equipment with superior working performance, achieving the following excellent effects:
The equipment is mainly used for extruding thermoplastic materials such as soft and hard polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and polyethylene (PE). Matched with corresponding auxiliary machines (including forming dies), it can process various plastic products, including films, pipes, rods, plates, wires, tapes, cable insulation layers and hollow products. It also supports plastic granulation production.
Featuring advanced structural design, high production output, excellent plasticizing performance and low energy consumption, the machine adopts hard-tooth surface gear transmission structure. This design ensures low operating noise, stable operation, high load-bearing capacity and long service life of the equipment.
