The SJSZ series twin-screw extruder is specially designed as supporting equipment for PVC powder extrusion production lines. Depending on the molds and auxiliary equipment used, it can produce various types of pipes, profiles, plates, sheets, door and window panels, and various granulated products.
Under PLC operation control, the screw is cooled using an oil heating and cooling system, while the barrel is cooled using an air cooling system. According to customer requirements, suitable screws are provided to ensure the material achieves a good plasticizing state and quality assurance. The screw, controlled by a high-precision digital machine tool center, combines well with extrusion performance. By first introducing advanced production technology with screws of different strengths and depths, the material undergoes uniform trimming and cutting.
The distribution box features a specially designed structure and fully imported thrust bearings, extending the drive's life and withstanding higher extrusion pressures. The electrical system mainly uses imported components, with a variety of alarm systems to facilitate troubleshooting. The cooling system is specially designed to expand the heat dissipation area, accelerate cooling, and maintain temperature control tolerance within ±1℃.

It can also modify various plastics and complete the granulation process of powders.
This machine uses an AC motor with controllable stepless speed regulation, overload protection, fault alarm, oil circulation constant temperature for the screw core, oil cooling for the barrel, and is equipped with a vacuum exhaust device and a quantitative feeding device.
