The SJSP series parallel twin-screw extruder is a high-performance mixing and extruding device. Its core components adopt an ∞-shaped barrel and intermeshing screws, together with a complete drive system, control system and feeding system, constituting a professional integrated equipment for extrusion, pelletizing and molding.
Both the screw central shaft and the barrel adopt a modular design, which supports adjustable barrel length. Users can select and assemble different central shaft components according to material characteristics, so as to optimize operating conditions and improve overall production efficiency.
During the extrusion process, the equipment delivers excellent performance in material mixing, separation, degassing and self-cleaning, which effectively prevents material shaft wrapping and agglomeration. Meanwhile, the continuous rotation of screws constantly updates the material surface, greatly facilitating the removal of volatile substances and realizing high-efficiency material dissolution and processing.
