SRL-Z Series Hot Cool Combination Mixer

The SRL-Z series plastic mixing unit combines the processes of hot mixing and vertical cooling mixing. It is mainly suitable for various resins such as polyethylene, polypropylene, and polyvinyl chloride for batching, mixing, coloring, drying, and for drying and de-volatilizing processes before the molding and processing of engineering plastics like ABS and polycarbonate. It can also be used for mixing phenolic resins.

The inner walls of the hot and cold mixing barrels are finely polished to prevent materials from sticking to the barrel walls.

The equipment is easy to operate, runs stably, and has high productivity.

We will dispatch 1 engineer from the seller to the buyer's factory for installation, commissioning and training, the buyer should be responsible for the cost of two-way flight tickets, the room and board and local area transportation, and allowance USD 80/day for the engineer. The customer has to supply skilled workers (mechanical fitters as well as electricians) in a sufficient number.
