Visoko učinkovit ekstruder: Proizvodna linija uporablja visoko učinkovit ekstruder, posebej zasnovan za PP in MPP cevi. Vijak ima strukturo pregrade in mešalne glave, medtem ko cev uporablja novo žlebljeno zasnovo, ki zagotavlja dobre učinke plastifikacije in mešanja. Die Head:  The  die  head  is  characterized  by  a  low  melt  temperature,  good  mixing performance, low mold cavity pressure, and stable production.
Vacuum Sizing Box: Specially designed vacuum sizing box with multi-section control of vacuum levels ensures the stability and roundness of the pipe dimensions.
PLC Program Control: The entire production line is programmatically controlled by a PLC, with a user-friendly interface. All process parameters can be set and displayed through a touchscreen.
Color  Marking  Extruder:  A  dedicated  extruder  for  color  marking  can  be  installed, producing pipes with color marking lines that meet national standards.
