The SJ series single-screw extruder is manufactured by our company using the most advanced German technology. The screw is optimized with a separating screw and mixing elements, while the barrel features a grooved cylinder and extended feed conveyance.
By employing the separating screw and grooved cylinder, the following excellent results can be achieved:

This machine is primarily used for extruding thermoplastic plastics such as soft and hard polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and polyethylene (PE). When used in conjunction with the appropriate auxiliary machines (including forming dies), it can process a variety of plastic
products such as films, pipes, rods, plates, wires, tapes, cable insulation layers, and hollow products. It can also be used for granulation. This machine features advanced design, high output, good plasticizing performance, and low energy consumption. It employs hard-tooth surface gear transmission, which ensures low noise, smooth operation, high load capacity, and long service life.
