The Electrostatic Separator is mainly used for the material separation of recycled plastics with complicated material composition, such as plastics of household appliances, plastics of automobile interiorparts,plasticsof daily necessities, and soon.Materials need togothrough a very good pre-processing before entering the electrostatic sorting system for purification and sorting, but also need to increase the grinding and washing process, in order to make the material surface dirt or decay layer removal; wood chips, rubber, foam and other impurities should be in the cleaning line before entering the air sorting machine as well as large-scale sorting of impurities to remove, to ensure the quality of the final product.
After the removal of impurities and then drying the material into the electrostatic sorting machine host for the major categories of sorting, and then continue to keep warm and then enter the auxiliary machine for impurity component sorting. Finally get the main target products and secondary target products.
Output 300kg/h-4000kg/h, can be configured according to customer demand.
High Voltage Electrostatic Separator
[ES-A] High-Voltage Electrostatic Separator adopts a physical dry separation technology, requiring no chemical solvents or flotation agents. The entire process is free from chemical contamination and wastewater discharge, embodying green production from the source. The customized electrostatic separation system is designed to meet large-scale processing demands of 2,000–4,000 KG/H.
